Branded item must be approved by the sponsor chair. Items can be anything from cups or notepads to complimentary service cards to your business...we are open to it all. We will not accept multiples of the same item (ex: we will not let 3 businesses all provide pens as their item.) Please be prepared to supply at least 300 items; a more accurate count will be given a few weeks before the event.

IMPORTANT:
Unless requested otherwise, we will not reach out for payment until the 2024 calendar year for your tax purposes.
Packages in other amounts may be customized and in-kind packages may be accepted.
Deadline for all sponsorships is January 19, 2024. Sponsorships will be accepted in the form of cash, check, or credit card payment. In order to receive full benefits, sponsor forms must be returned, and contributions received by January 19, 2024.
